Noviq Management
Terms of Service
Effective: 28 July 2026 · Noviq v1.0.6
1. Agreement
By adding, accessing or using Noviq, its Discord bot or dashboard, you agree to these Terms. Server owners and administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of Noviq is permitted by Discord’s terms and the laws that apply to them.
2. The service
Noviq provides Discord server-management features including tickets, moderation, cases, logging, reaction roles, scheduled messages, custom commands and related dashboard tools. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed as the service develops.
3. Accounts and access
Dashboard access may use Discord OAuth. You are responsible for protecting access to your Discord account and for assigning appropriate server permissions and Noviq staff roles. Do not attempt to access a server or configuration you are not authorised to manage.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Noviq to break applicable law, abuse Discord, harass users, distribute malicious content, evade platform enforcement, gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or intentionally overload or exploit Noviq. You must not misrepresent Noviq as an official Discord product.
5. Moderation and automated actions
Noviq can perform actions configured by server administrators, including warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, message deletion and automated moderation. The server’s administrators remain responsible for their rules, configuration, moderation decisions and review of automated actions. Noviq does not independently determine the legality or fairness of a server’s moderation policy.
6. Server content and data
You retain responsibility for content and configuration supplied through your server or dashboard. You grant Noviq permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the requested features.
7. Availability
Noviq is provided on an as-available basis. Availability can be affected by maintenance, hosting, Discord outages, API changes and other events outside Noviq’s control. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect Noviq, Discord users or third parties, respond to abuse, comply with legal obligations, or address material violations of these Terms. You may stop using Noviq by removing the bot and ceasing dashboard use.
9. Intellectual property
Noviq’s name, branding, dashboard design and original software remain the property of their respective owner(s). These Terms do not transfer ownership of Noviq or grant rights to copy, resell or falsely represent the service.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Noviq is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Noviq is not responsible for server moderation decisions, user-generated content, Discord outages, lost configuration caused by events outside reasonable control, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated as Noviq changes. Material revisions should be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be directed through the official Noviq support/contact method made available by the service. No postal address or support email is stated here because none has been configured for this build.
